North Star Fence uses 100% Western Red Cedar for our fence material and all of our posts have milled tops. We offer a wide variety of styles and heights to suit your style. We use 3/4″ thick boards for our wood fences; most of our competition uses much thinner 1/2″ to 9/16″ boards, which have a tendency to easily warp. We use high-quality aluminum nails on all of our wood fences, because aluminum nails don’t rust; galvanized nails will eventually rust and leave dark stain on your beautiful Cedar fence boards.
